Senior Management
For over 15 years Leslie has made a career out of leading ventures in both the technology and financial industries. Previously, Mr. Poole co-founded and served as the chief executive officer of Broad IP Networks, a networking infrastructure company. He has also held positions as the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Network Security Technologies, Inc. and executive director of The National Investment Fund for Credit Unions, where he grew assets under management from $100 million to over $1 billion.
With 20 years in marketing and communications, Linda has spearheaded integrated marketing campaigns and strategies for technology companies and associations. Prior to joining Javien in October 2005, Linda managed the internal marketing department for the Mortgage Bankers Association leading the association’s branding initiative and the development and implementation of marketing strategies for all departments. Her career also includes marketing and communications leadership roles at a web site development firm and the National Association of Federal Credit Unions.
Andrew has over 12 years in software design and development. As CTO of Javien he manages the integration projects with our clients including Thomson, Forbes, FYE, iMesh, Ruckus, Viacom and others. Prior to joining Javien in May 2005 he worked as CTO of Target Labs, Inc, a software development firm where he was a key member of the organization's management team and responsible for all aspects of their technology, including design, development and operations. Additionally he has an extensive background in commercial enterprise class applications gained through his positions as a project manager and system architect on different consulting assignments.

With over 15 years in leading ventures in the technology and financial sectors, he provides a broad spectrum of knowledge about industry as a whole as well as the unique and ever-changing landscape of the digital commerce arena.
Mr. Poole sits on the board of Fort Belvoir Federal Credit Union, the Content Division board of the Software and Information Industry Association and the Digital Media Committee at American Business Media.
